PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR, has a need for up to four (4) but no less than two (2) board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice Locum Tenens physicians for Primary Care, at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO), Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations in AR, OK, and MO, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provision and the schedule of this solicitation, for the period from date of award up to 6 months, pending availability of funds. A VA security check is required. Required information for the VA security check is as follows: name of individual, address, date of birth & social security number. If the candidate has had a VA security check in the last five years, provide the evidence. Candidate must provide clinical references who can attest to candidate s clinical practice within the past year. BLS is required. This acquisition is being procured as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside utilizing FSS/GSA Supply Schedules, applicable NAICS code 561320 Temporary Help Services, size standard $27.5M. THIS SOLICITSTION WILL BE POSTED ON GSA AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO GSA SCHEDULE HOLDERS. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON FBO IF NO PROPOSALS ARE RECEIVED THROUGH GSA EBUY BY SCHEDULE HOLDERS. Solicitation to be available on or about 5 Sept 2019 with proposals due approximately 7 days from the issue date, 3:00pm central time.
