Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Veterans HealthCare System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.106 for Purchase of Site-Rite 8 Ultrasound Units (2ea) to be used by the Nursing Department to locate catheters during procedures. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 334510 Electromedical Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ . The Statement of work is in the RFQ attached. The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award. To be considered, Interested Vendors must provide certification from Manufacture naming them an Authorized Distributor of the products. This RFQ closes on 3 July 2019 at Noon Central Time.
