This Sources Sought Notice is to solicit interested SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES or VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS capable of meeting the following requirement: The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), located in North Little Rock, AR, 72114 is soliciting contractors capable of providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to establish a Simplified Acquisition Task Order (VAST), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for minor construction. Each construction project will be awarded as an individual task order issued against the basic -contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The contract requires a 1- hour response time during normal business hours to receive work reports and provide other engineering management services needed to accomplish individual jobs. The interior jobs may include tasks in a variety of associated trades. A performance completion period shall be determined based upon individual task orders and their associated Statement of Work. Taskings may require contractor to perform multiple task simultaneously. The dollar magnitude for this Interior IDIQ is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The individual task order magnitude range is between $2,000.00 and $500,000.00 The NAICS code 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov), along with Vets 100 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html in order to submit and be eligible for an award. All offerors must also be listed as verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database, available at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/.
