The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Business) relative to NAICS Code 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The Medical Center is particularly interested in identifying Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or (VOSB) and their capability. The Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide listed products with the below following specifications for the VAMC New Orleans, LA. The facility is seeking the following products: Description 280402F 1 Frame- FGA-700LB - Bariatric Aluminum 700 lbs. Low Base - Part# 280402F 280244 2 Rear Wheel Assembly (FGA-450/3) Part # 280244 280245 3 Front Wheel Assembly (FGA-450/3) Part # 280245 4 Installation Labor See attached SOW for salient characteristics NOTE: This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only.
