The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Ridgeland, MS is seeking potential sources capable of providing Janitorial Services for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System facilities located at 4300 W. 7th St. Little Rock, AR 72205 and 2200 Fort Roots Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Although it is possible for any related solicitation to be set-aside for entities registered at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ as Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Businesses (SDVOSB) all interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement. The proposed NAICS code for this requirement is 561210, with a small business size standard of $22,000,000. Any solicitation issued will include the appropriate small business set-aside clause(s) and related subcontracting limitations. The attached Statement of Work (DRAFT) provides details of the services to be provided.
