This RFI/sources sought is for market research only, not a solicitation, to identify qualified sources for GE Imaging Systems preventive maintenance and service at the Evansville, IN VA Health Care Center and Mount Vernon, IL VA Clinic. The contractor must furnish labor, transportation, parts, software updates, remote support, and repair/preventive maintenance under OEM standards, using qualified field service engineers with formal OEM training and at least two years of relevant experience; subcontractor engineers require advance CO approval. Repairs are performed during normal VA business hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) unless otherwise arranged, with telephone response within 30 minutes and on-site arrival within four hours of the service call. Guaranteed uptime is 97% or greater for radiology equipment and 95% or greater for ultrasound equipment; replacement parts must be delivered on-site by 10:30 AM the following day, and service reports are due at completion by hand or by email within 48 hours. Interested firms should provide company information, size status, OEM authorization, existing federal contract vehicles if any, and a capabilities statement demonstrating ability to meet the requirements.
