This Sources Sought/market-research notice seeks qualified businesses capable of providing DoseMonitor/Nexodose radiation dose tracking software maintenance and support for Kansas and Missouri VA medical facilities. Scope includes annual maintenance and support for the DoseMonitor/Nexodose application and outbound API/HL7 feed, one-time installation/configuration of bidirectional HL7 interfaces with Oracle Health/Cerner Production and Test environments, and annual maintenance/support for those interfaces. The period of performance is 02/01/2027–01/31/2028 for the base period and 02/01/2028–01/31/2029 for Option Year 1. Work is primarily remote, with possible on-site support at Legacy VISN sites in Topeka, Leavenworth, and Wichita, KS; Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbia, and Poplar Bluff, MO; and Marion, IL for installation, go-live, or troubleshooting that cannot be resolved remotely.
