This is a sources sought/RFI for planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The VA seeks qualified sources to provide annual inspection, testing, reporting, and repair/replacement of backflow prevention devices at the Marion VA Medical Center in Marion, Illinois. Work must comply with VHA Directive 1061, NFPA 25, Illinois codes, and related standards, with technicians holding current Illinois EPA CCCDI or ASSE 5110/5130 certification. The contract will cover devices identified in an appendix, and the contractor must field-verify all device counts and locations during the initial inspection cycle.
