This project involves A/E services to renovate the 3rd floor of Building 1 at the Jefferson Barracks Division in St. Louis, MO, to create a new Expanded Sleep Lab. The design must be delivered no later than 266 days after the Notice to Proceed, and the construction budget is set at $4,801,068.00. The scope includes demolition, hazardous material abatement, and redesign of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems to support four sleep study rooms and associated spaces. The A/E must provide services from schematic design through construction period services, including site investigations, cost estimates, and VPIH oversight. The work must comply with VA design guides, sustainability requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
