This is a construction project to replace roofs and lightning protection on two buildings at the Colmery O Neil VAMC in Topeka, Kansas. The period of performance is 180 days after notice to proceed, with an estimated total project duration of 210 calendar days. The estimated cost magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and the prime contractor must perform at least 15% of the general construction labor. The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or after April 10, 2026.
