The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15, requires reference laboratory testing services, with an estimated solicitation publication date of October 14, 2026. The contractor will perform pre-analytic processing, analysis, and result interpretation for clinical and anatomical pathology specimens, plus specimen transportation, analytical testing/reporting, consultative services, and all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and supervision. Services will support VA Medical Centers and Health Care Centers across VISN 15, including locations in Columbia, Kansas City, Leavenworth, Poplar Bluff, St. Louis (John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks), Topeka, Wichita, Marion, Evansville, and Cape Girardeau. Work will be ordered by task order, with one task order issued for each location, and results delivered to the site designated on the task order. The contractor assumes total liability for work performed and for contractor employees, and additional locations may be added via bilateral modification due to VA reorganization.
