Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a construction project to install lightning protection systems on a hospital and building 122 at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VAMC in Leavenworth, Kansas. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed, and the estimated cost magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or after January 29, 2026. The government plans to award using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process and reserves the right to hold discussions.
