J061--Uninterruptible Power Supply St. Louis VA Medical Center
The VA is conducting market research, not a solicitation, for a potential Firm Fixed Price contract to provide preventive maintenance, emergency services, and repairs for UPS units and batteries at the St. Louis VA Health Care System, including John Cochran VAMC and Jefferson Barracks VAMC in St. Louis, MO, and Marion, IL. The anticipated period of performance is a base year plus four option years, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. The contractor would need to provide 24/7/365 emergency service with a 3-hour response, semi-annual and annual inspections, training, documentation, and a one-time battery/capacitor/fan replacement during the base year. A total SDVOSB set-aside is anticipated, though an alternate set-aside or full-and-open competition may be used if SDVOSB responses are inadequate. Interested firms should demonstrate at least five years of UPS maintenance experience and required certifications; this notice is for information only and does not commit the government to award.
