Stryker Surgical Video Equipment
The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS, requires new, unused surgical video equipment and all related accessories, software, installation, project management, and on-site training to replace an end-of-life video system. The vendor must supply all components and labor for a fully operational system, meet manufacturer/VA specs, provide manuals, and may receive optional trade-in credit for removal of existing equipment. Post-award deadlines include a pre-delivery coordination meeting at least 3 business days prior, POC notification at least 10 business days before delivery, operator training before delivery, delivery within 60 days of award, and installation/testing, existing-equipment removal, and all clinical/technical/cleaning training within 90 days of award, with verification documentation within 3 business days after installation/testing; delay notices are due in writing at least 14 days in advance. Warranty/service is at least 1 year plus 60 months of Procare-equivalent service, with 8-hour response to technical/application calls, 48-hour shipment of replacement parts, and off-site biomed training (if offered) within 6 months after manufacturer warranties end.
