This is a sources sought notice to identify service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) firms capable of performing a construction project to upgrade Building 26 chillers and the emergency generator. The work includes replacing two 300-ton chillers with three 250-ton chillers, upgrading HVAC infrastructure, replacing emergency generator 26B, and providing temporary equipment to maintain 100% of clinical services during construction. The period of performance is 270 calendar days. The estimated construction price range is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Interested firms must be registered in SAM and VetCert and submit a capability statement.
