The period of performance runs from November 2, 2026 through January 31, 2027, and delivery dates are subject to construction schedule changes without price increases. The contractor must provide white glove delivery and installation, including performance verification with VA staff, and a two-year manufacturer's free replacement warranty with free return shipping. Equipment must be the newest current models meeting detailed technical specifications, including vessel sealing up to 7mm, high-efficiency filtration, and compliance with safety and EHR standards.
