This is a sources sought/RFI for market research to identify sources able to supply and install commercial-grade fitness equipment—including a leg press/squat machine, squat rack system, dumbbell set with rack, free-standing cable pulley system, and electric treadmill—for the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center Multi-Specialty CBOC Rolla. Initial delivery will be to an offsite warehouse at 2701 Vandiver Dr., Columbia, MO 65202, with final installation at 13063 Old Wire Rd., Rolla, MO 65401. The warehouse is available June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with estimated delivery and installation to the Rolla CBOC from November 2, 2026 through January 8, 2027, and the overall period of performance through January 31, 2027. Interested parties must submit company information, capabilities, and distributor/manufacturer authorization details to the VA contact. Respondents are responsible for their own response costs, and no contract will result from this notice.
