A full-service maintenance agreement for a minimum of one year post-installation is required, with a 4-hour emergency response time and a temporary solution operational within 24 hours of failure. Work must comply with all applicable safety codes, including OSHA and NFPA, with the VA Design Guide taking precedence. Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer and other designated officials, with non-compliance safety issues requiring correction within 14 days.
