The scope includes complete installation, removal of debris, post-installation testing, and training for clinical staff. A full-service maintenance agreement for a minimum of one year post-installation is required, with a 4-hour emergency response time and a temporary solution operational within 24 hours of failure. The contractor must ensure all work complies with OSHA, NFPA, and VA Design Guide standards, with performance monitored by the Contracting Officer and safety officials. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, or as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative.
