This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) capable of constructing a new centralized emergency power system at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center. The project has an estimated construction magnitude between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The scope includes installing three 3MW diesel generators, underground duct banks, fuel storage tanks, and a blast-rated enclosure, along with decommissioning existing systems. Responses to this notice are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on May 4, 2026. Performance of the work will take place at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center campus.
