This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only and is not a solicitation for bids. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks information from potential contractors, especially Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, capable of providing a new, self-propelled asphalt sealant applicator machine for the Colmery O'Neil VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas. The machine must meet detailed technical specifications, include delivery and installation, and come with a warranty, on-site staff training, and access to an authorized service center within 50 miles of Topeka. No funds are currently authorized for this effort, and the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation. Responses are for informational purposes to help shape a potential future acquisition.
