This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only and is not a solicitation; no funds are currently authorized for this effort. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 15) seeks to establish a single-vendor Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for fully automated Immunohistochemistry and In-Situ Hybridization stainer instruments and reagents on a Cost Per Test basis. The work will be performed at the VISN 15 facilities listed in Attachment A. The intended contract term is for one base year plus four one-year options, with an estimated performance start date of May 10, 2026. Implementation of all services and equipment installation must be completed within 60 days after the BPA award.
