J065--36C255-26-AP-0804, OmniCell Maintenance Service for Columbia VAMC
This is a fixed-price contract for comprehensive maintenance and repair of Omnicell medication dispensing systems and associated servers and workstations. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. All services are to be performed on-site at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia, MO. The contractor must be an authorized OEM service provider and deliver priority on-site service within four business hours of a request. The work includes preventive maintenance, hardware and software repairs, and strict adherence to VA security and reporting protocols.
