This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to inform a potential future acquisition for Point of Care Creatinine with eGFR testing services and supplies across VISN 15 facilities. The work involves establishing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a single vendor, structured as a firm-fixed price, Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) agreement with one base year and four one-year option periods. The performance of services will occur at the Department of Veterans Affairs facilities listed within VISN 15, as detailed in Attachment A. The anticipated acquisition is currently set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, though this may change based on market response. No funds are currently authorized or appropriated for this effort.
