Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a five-year contract for comprehensive routine ground maintenance and emergency landscaping services at the Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Center campus in Saint Louis, Missouri. The scope includes weekly mowing, edging, fertilizing, debris removal, and emergency response for storm damage and safety hazards. The work must be performed on-site at the 126.65-acre facility, with standard services scheduled Monday through Friday. Emergency services, such as major tree removal, will require separate task orders and quotes. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies, including maintaining specific licenses for pesticide application and ensuring all employees have OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification.
