This is a government procurement to establish a single-award, firm-fixed-price agreement for automated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) instrumentation and testing services on a cost-per-test basis. The base year of the agreement is intended to run from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with five total ordering periods. New equipment will be installed at clinical laboratories within the VISN 15 Heartland Network facilities listed in Exhibit A, with the ability to add or delete sites. The contractor must provide all instrumentation, reagents, maintenance, training, and support, including a 24/7 emergency repair service and a mandatory 90-day implementation and transition period after award.
