Biosense Webster CARTO® 3 and SMARTABLATE® System Maintenance SCOPE: This Purchase Order shall be for a one (1) base year. The Biosense Webster System Maintenance Agreement Purchase Order shall provide preventive maintenance service on the CARTO® 3 and SMARTABLATE® systems (the “Covered Equipment”) at HARRY S TRUMAN MEMORIAL VA HOSPITAL. Additionally, it provides corrective maintenance on the system if it shall be malfunctioning or inoperable at a mutually agreeable time and loaner equipment, when deemed necessary by the Contractor. Training materials shall be provided for base software upgrades that affect user operation of the base software.
