RLP # - 36C25525R0016 The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing a minimum of 15,786 ABOA/ SF and not to exceed a maximum of 17,759 RSF of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space for a Radiation Therapy VA Clinic within the Kansas City Metro area. Area of Consideration set forth below: This RLP is being issued as a Small Business (SB) set aside. The delineated area of consideration is the Kansas City Metro Area as such. The Government requests Space in an area bounded as follows: North: North I-670 South: South I-435 East: East Hwy 71 West: West I-35 and Hwy 69 Buildings with Property boundary(ices) on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. The request for lease proposal is expected to be released 03/26/2025. Offeror s proposals will be due back 05/30/2025
