Please review the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) document and all exhibits attached under the documents tab. Proposal response due date shall be 9-30-2025 by 4:30pm- more details on submitting proposal can be found within RLP. Amendment #1: Adding Exhibit E.1 3517B General Clauses to the RLP Package. Also, extending the proposal due date to 10-14-2025 by 4:30pm Central Time. Amendment #2: Re-publishing RLP with revisions to RLP, Draft Lease, and Exhibits per the following: The RLP, 36C25525R0004, for the Madison County New/Replacing Lease in Edwardsville, IL is being re-solicited due to discrepancies and updates needed that were found during the time this RLP was published last. The proposal response due date is now January 23, 2026 by 4:30pm Central Time. All revisions to the RLP and Lease document itself have been highlighted in yellow for your convenience. The revised Exhibits are as follows: Exhibit A.1- Agency Specific Requirements Exhibit A.2- Program for Design including Room Contents List Exhibit A.3- Room Data Matrix Exhibit C.4- DOL Wage Determination IL20250007 12-12-2025 Draft Lease- see yellow highlighted areas for revisions. Amendment #3: Uploaded a revised Exhibit A.1- Agency Specific Requirements reflecting a change to section 4.2.2.3, replaced the old Exhibit C.4- DOL Wage Determination IL20250007 with the newest version, IL20260007, dated 1-16-26. Also, extended proposal due date out to 1-30-2026. See RLP Amendment 3 document for further details.
