Statement of Work Project Title: Procurement and Installation of NU-340-630US1 AireGard Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstation with Accessories (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO) 1.0 Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the procurement, delivery, and installation of the Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstation and associated accessories. The workstation will be used to maintain a clean and controlled environment for sensitive laboratory operations. 2.0 Scope of Work The scope of this project includes the following tasks: Procurement and delivery of the Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstation. Field installation of casters must be completed by qualified personnel. 6.0 Warranty and Support The Workstation, including filters, is covered by a 5-year parts and labor warranty. Support for any issues or warranty claims will be handled according to manufacturer guidelines. 7.0 Acceptance Criteria The workstation and accessories must be delivered without damage. Installation must be completed successfully, ensuring full functionality of the workstation and casters. The workstation must meet all specified performance requirements and pass quality assurance checks. 8.0 Terms and Conditions Payment terms will be as per the purchase order agreement. Delivery and installation must adhere to the agreed schedule. Any deviations from the SOW must be approved in writing by the contracting authority.
