We are seeking quotes on the following: *** HEART LUNG BYPASS MACHINE FOR COLUMBIA VAMC*** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Size Standards of 1250 Employees, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6515. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Set Aside. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about April 2, 2025.
