SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS TIERED SET-ASIDE EVALUATION INTRODUCTION: The government anticipates soliciting quotes and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the surveillance, trapping, pesticide applications, and pest removal components of the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide detailed site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention within the St. Louis VA Health Care System, including the following facilities: - Jefferson Barracks Division: 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125 Â - John Cochran Division: 915 North Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63106 Â - Hope Recovery Clinic: 515 Jefferson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103 Â
