Sources Sought - The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease approximately 15,800 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF of Clinical space in the area of Warrensburg, MO. The Department of Veterans Affairs currently leases 9,972 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) of clinical space at 710 East Young Street, Warrensburg, MO 64093, known as the Warrensburg VA Clinic. The current lease expires on August 31, 2024. The Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authrotity outlined in General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM) 570.402 Succeeding Leases. The VA shall Consider alternative space only if economically advatageous; otherwise the VA intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The VA will take into consideration the cost of moving, alterations and other factors when dermining whether to relocate
