Intent to Sole Source Intent to Sole Source Page 3 of 3 Intent to Sole Source *= Required Field Intent to Sole Source Page 1 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) intends to award a sole source contract award to Chaffee Nursing Center, 12273 State Highway 77, Chaffee, MO 63740. The period of performance for contract award will be from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 with four (4) option years. This requirement is provide long term skilled nursing facility care to qualified Veterans in the Chaffee, MO catchment area in support of the Pershing VA Medical Center Community Nursing Home (CNH) program. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by March 15, 2024 17:00 (CST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to michael.carson1@va.gov.
