The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Home Sleep Apnea Testing Services for the VA St. Louis Health Care System, John Cochran Division located in Missouri. This procurement is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 621610 - Home Health Care Services, with a size Standard of $19 Million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of Q403 - Medical- Evaluation/screening. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Base plus three (3) option years contract.
