The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, for Wastewater Sampling & Testing services for the Veterans Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Jefferson Barracks, and John Cochran VA Medical Centers located in St. Louis Missouri.
