The contractor shall provide labor and materials to renovate a specified area of building 1 to work includes, but not limited to, coordination of the disconnection and removal of existing HVAC components, coordination of the reconnection and placement of new HVAC components, maintain existing HVAC requirements in occupied spaces during the removal and replacement of HVAC components, abate hazardous materials, and finishing the space for patient care. To include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in the plans and specifications.
