This notice is posted IAW FAR 6.1 Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources are permitted to submit competitive proposals on the procurement. Solicitation: 36C25523R0095, Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, NAICS: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business size is $39.5M, Title-Description of Requirement: Project Number 657-18-115JC FCA Replace Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units, Building 1, Saint Louis John Cochran Division. The contractor shall provide labor and materials to renovate a specified area of building 1 to Replace Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units. The contractor will be responsible for meeting all contract specifications for the VAMC. The project shall include coordination of the disconnection and removal of existing AHUs and VAVs, coordination of the reconnection and placement of new AHUs and VAVs, maintain existing HVAC requirements in occupied spaces during the removal and replacement of AHUs and VAVs, abate hazardous materials, and finishing the space for patient care. To include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in the plans and specifications. The phased project completion time from NTP is estimated to be 550 calendar days. The facility location: VISN 15/Saint Louis VAMC, 915 N Grand Blvd., Saint Louis, MO 63106. The estimated cost magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Proposal will be posted on or about May 17, 2023.
