COMMUNITY BASED OUTPAITENT CLINIC (CBOC) COURIER SERVICES This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 492110, Couriers and Express Delivery Services. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15, NCO 15 is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide courier services for the following routes: Courier services between the VA Medical Center (VAMC), Wichita, KS, the VA Medical Center (VAMC), Kansas City, MO, the five (5) current Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC), and various other identified stops. Courier services between the VAMC in Leavenworth, Topeka, and Kansas City to the ten (10) CBOC located in the Eastern Kansas Health System (EK). See attachment A for specific routes. Courier services between the VAMC in Marion, IL and VAMC in St. Louis, MO. These services are currently provided under two contracts: 36C25518D0151 EK and Marion routes awarded as 100% SDVOSB set-aside. GS-33F-0051V 36C25518F2138 Wichita route awarded as 100% SB set-aside. Detailed contract information such as unit prices and contractor labor efforts will not be released. To respond to this Sources Sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response. Form and email the information requested to Robert Bleichner Contract Specialist, at robert.bleichner@va.gov. Please return your response on company letterhead with the information requested. Responses to questions may result in PWS updates, CLIN restructuring, and/or a change in the total number of contracts awarded. The closing date and time of this Sources Sought notice is Aug 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this Sources Sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation.
