Scope of Work VA Saint Louis Health Care System Objective The VA Saint Louis Health Care System intends to procure a rehabilitation bike and accessories to work in conjunction for patients of the SCI service. This document highlights the technical specifications and services being requested by the facility for consideration towards purchase of the units.
