This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Services as stated in the PWS. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320, with a small business size standard of $34.0 million. The Marion Illinois Veteran Administrative Health Care Center requires two full time CRNA services for the Marion VAMC Health Care Center. The qualified CRNA assigned to this contract will be responsible to provide a full range of anesthesia services for Surgery Services for the following surgical procedures: general surgery, urology, orthopedic, pulmonary, cardiology, vascular, Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), ophthalmology, podiatry, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) clinic, and Gastrointestinal (GI) according to standard, usual and acceptable or customary methods and techniques. The qualified CRNA assigned to the contract will also be responsible for On-Call coverage for the Marion Illinois VA Medical Center on the days specified in the contract. The service period is for Base One (1) Year plus Four (4) Optional Years.
