The system requirements are: The ablation system should be designed for radiofrequency procedures to include, but not limited to: Radiofrequency Ablation, DREZ, Facet Denervation, Percutaneous Chordotomy, Peripheral Neuralgia, Rhizotomy and Trigeminal Neuralgia Must have capability to handle multiple lesions simultaneously Must have capability to perform monopolar and bipolar procedures Must have capability to accommodate thermal and pulsed procedures Must have capability to deliver controlled lesions Must have capability to provide multiple pulse settings Must have capability to provide high temperature pulsed radiofrequency Minimum of 100 watts Must be portable Touch screen Allow users to save procedure specific settings for multiple providers Must have the ability to create a large lesion acceptable for genicular and sacroiliac joint regions without increased cost of capital.
