Pershing VAMC. The contractor agrees to provide diagnostic and referral services to all eligible persons. Diagnostic and referral services, in most cases, shall be accomplished in one or two sessions, but shall not exceed three sessions for diagnostic and referral services per eligible person per incident. The contractor shall agree to provide diagnostic and referral services for an unlimited number of incidents per eligible person per year.
