All offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station. Purpose: To purchase carts to collect and dispose of operating room fluid waste. Scope of Requirement: The Evansville Healthcare Center needs to replace our current fluid waste carts that are at end of life. New cart requirements: Quantity needed: Two (2) Original Equipment manufacturer Item Number: 00514010100 Item Desription: INTELLICART DUO FLD CART MUST be compatible with the Zimmer Biomet Ultra Evac Station MUST be compatible with UltrafleX fluid cart manifolds. MUST be able to use Ultra Enzyme Cleaner ULEZ200. Reservoir doors close when manifolds are removed.
