The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation as a Small Business Set-Aside for Laundry/Linen Services at the John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks VA Medical Centers in St. Louis, Mo. This contract will be awarded as a 1-year Base Period of Performance and 4 Options Year Periods of Performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812332 (Industrial Launderers), the Product and Service Code is S209 (Housekeeping Laundry/Dry-cleaning). The small business size standard is $41.5 Mil. Any offeror will be required to meet the minimum requirement of 3 years experience, performing Industrial Laundering, along with all other requirements as stated in the requirement statement of work included in the solicitation. The details for this requirement will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about May 23, 2022. The close date will be on or about May 27, 2022.
