Does this total include all potential moves or each individual move? Per FAR 52.216-21 Requirements: The quantities of supplies or services specified in the Schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this contract. How soon after contract is awarded is work expected to start? The Period of Performance is 06/08/2022 through 06/07/2023; we hope to award within 2-3 days of receipt of proposals. How will each move be invoiced? Will it be by items moved or will the total amount of the contract yearly be broken into monthly payments? The previous contract states: Monthly, in arrears for services furnished during the previous month. Invoice must specify Line Item Number (LIN), quantity furnished, and date furnished. How many total years is this contract? The contract is for a base with the possibility of 4 option years. The pdf document say it will be one year (base year) and four option years, Whereas the Excel document has one year (base year) plus five option years. We are required to get the pricing for Option 5 which is for a 6-month period in case we exercise FAR 52.217-8 which extends the contract for an additional six months.
