In preparation for future procurement for the VISN 15 Network, the Network 15 Contracting Office is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned small business, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 334516 that can offer same or similar surgical or medical products listed below. Capable companies should submit an electronic statement outlining their companies capability and capacity to provide the product Federal Supply Schedule contract or Open Market the specification of the surgical or medical supplies and the delivery time to deliver the products to VISN 15 Medical Centers, to include medical centers in Wichita, KS, Topeka, KS, Leavenworth, KS, Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis, MO, Poplar Bluff, Mo, and Marion, IL. Also firms should provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov) for the above referenced NAICS code that fall within.
