Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for Midmark Exam Chair for the Topeka, Kansas VAMC. This acquisition shall be a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The size standard is 1250 Employees. Vendor must be an accredited servicer and must provide a letter from the manufacturer. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on April 21, 2022, with a deadline of Wednesday, April 28, 2022 NLT 10:00 AM CST. Questions shall be submitted via email NLT 10:00AM CST, Monday, April 25, 2022, referencing the solicitation number 36C25522Q0203 Exam Chair in the subject line to dana.seeler@va.gov. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this solicitation will be posted on the SAM website at www.SAM.gov.
