Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a commercial contract Small Business Set Aside for Howard Medical BCMA carts with components. This is a brand name requirement and carts must be Howard for compatibility with existing unique Howard carts for standardization and without excessive additional cost replacing all the Howard carts currently in use at the facility. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 9 March 2022.
