Dole VA Medical Center Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Department with one (1) swallow station. This equipment is needed to record swallow studies. BACKGROUND Our current swallow station is now obsolete and needs to be replaced. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, power supply and other needed cords, supplies, service, installation, and training. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Video System/Computer Processor/Software Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB (locked-down) 64 Bit Windows Firewall, Defender and Encryption capabilities to support Windows Bitlooker (Hard drive and USB) Power Supply 100-240 V AC 180W 50/60Hz Back Up Power: UPS that can hold the system up for approx. 5 min (automated safe shutdown & data protection) Archive capabilities up to 1 or 2 TB Ability to playback video and audio recordings Ability to store, view, and print still images within and from the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) PACS: DICOM Capability Equipment must have high performance video and audio filtering Must have the ability to connect to HDMI, HDI, SDI, DVI/VGA, RCA Data Compression Ancillary equipment High Definition LCD or LED Monitor (between 14-20 inches) with Touch Panel, Keyboard, Foot Switch and/or Remote Control, Light Source, Camera Head, Video Recorder, Audio Recorder, Microphone, and/or mouse that connects to equipment Cart with multiple shelves made of aluminum or metal to hold computer, monitor, printer, audio recorder, video recorder, microphone, camera head, light source, foot switch, foot switch holder, universal storage container, isolation transformer, etc. Video Color Printer: Color printer which connects to equipment Utilizes standard sheets of paper All accessories to make this usable with video system/computer processor including HD resolution, USB cable, power cord, CD-ROM, ink, etc. Warranty and Service: Service and Operator Manuals - The vendor shall provide the following documentation for the proposed system: Operator instruction manual for the unit purchased (as applicable) Manufacturer s cleaning instructions Technical service manual including detailed troubleshooting guide, necessary diagnostic software, service keys, schematic diagrams, and parts list (as applicable) The system and accessories shall be covered under the manufacturer s warranty to include all parts and labor for at least 1 year following acceptance by the VAMC. The vendor shall perform service maintenance during the warranty period. The warranty period shall not begin until after VAMC authorized personnel have accepted the product after delivery, installation, and functionality. Must be able to send replacement system in the event of equipment failure within warranty period. Installation and Training: Vendor will provide on-site installation and configuration of system Vendor will provide on-site training to Clinical and Biomedical Engineering staff
